About

I build teams and products that ship in hard conditions.

My career started in programming — but I moved deliberately into customer-facing roles because I had a rare ability to build real relationships with clients and understand what they actually needed. I translated those needs into requirements that shaped the product, then translated back to clients in their own language. No abstraction, no guesswork. You either fix it or you don't.

That instinct carried me into product management, where I led initiatives at Citibank across AI, mobile, and operations. I built the bank-wide push notification strategy that reached 40 million credit card customers. I led the development of a virtual assistant handling millions of interactions. I drove the digitization of paper-based correspondence at scale.

At Wells Fargo I led digital product for small business onboarding, rebuilding how relationship managers open accounts for the companies they serve — work that took account opening from three to five days down to about fifteen minutes. I also designed a new hub that showed Premier customers what their relationship with the bank was actually worth, including the fees they never paid.

The thread across all of it: taking ambiguous, high-stakes problems and building the team, the process, and the product to solve them — in environments where there was rarely a clear playbook.

Today I'm a Senior Lead PM at ADP, sitting at the seam between customer service associates and the clients they serve. My job is to build AI tools that cut the friction on both sides.
